How To Start Photography

Photography is a great thing to start, adventuring the creative perception and/or imagination of a human being and capturing so in a way it'll look the same or better. Starting you photographic hobby, take some simple pictures that you think are great to look at or meaningful in a way. This will straighten what you think is worth taking or what genre of photos that you want to shot and as you go on you'll start to widen your perspective in Photography.

How would you know that your perspective has risen in photography?, well you'll start asking questions about how to take better shots, how lighting works, etc and your standards of what looks bad or good will be more narrow. Most people say that the more pictures you take the more experienced you get and the more experience you get the more you'll be a better photographer but if you don't know how to use a DSLR camera properly how would you take good pictures, study the anatomy of a DSLR camera and what the features do alongside with the functions of the lenses that had been created such as a macro lens for example. Studying this is possible via websites, books, or videos from youtube.

Once you've understand the fundamentals of your camera, you can begin taking more complex pictures. To begin, think of an idea in your head with your preferred genre and try picturing how it would look like by constructing every detail in the frame from how would the subject look then all the way to the lighting, dive deep into your imagination and try to impress yourself with the idea you're looking for. Then once the wanted image is set it's time to prepare the scenery, this is the part where you are expected to be patient because what's in your head could take awhile to set up but as you proceed to take more and more complex photographs, you're preparation phase could be a lot quicker as you become more experienced in tweaking the camera settings and aligning it to the correct angle. Lastly the shooting phase, Shooting your image is sometimes easy and hard, this depends on the shutter speed, if you had studied the anatomy, shutter speed is an important factor in capturing your image but for now let say you're shooting a still object in a semi lit room, low shutter speed would be great in that condition because it would extend the exposure of the sensor to light so that the object would appear a bit brighter than it is there but this requires a very still capturing stance so the camera should be mounted to a tripod as slight movements could cause the image to blur. If the picture is taken but not as expected, keep trying because if you want to be a good photographer you have to keep trying until your image pleases you, patience is key on perfecting a shot and once you have produced an image that you think is perfect then congratulations.

The final step is taking in opinions, share your picture to your friends and families or just post them and ask for their opinion because they may help you in adjusting the layout or the camera settings. These are the guides on how to begin Photography, I hope this guide aids you in graduating from beginner photographer, good luck and all the best.
